We love what we do and make it a point to take continuing education classes to stay updated on new advances in appliances and the appliance repair business. We know that it can be discouraging to run into appliance repair problems. You begin to ask yourself, “Is it worth fixing?”, “how do I find someone to fix it?”, “how much does it cost to fix it?”, “what companies are trustworthy?”.

Me, personally 12 years ago, I had no idea that there were appliance repair companies that came out and repaired your appliances on site. I thought when an appliance broke regardless of age, you have to throw it out and buy a new one, which can be costly. Now, I know there are plenty of companies like Northstar Appliance Repair that repair appliances. We repair all makes and models to include but not limited to Maytag, Kenmore, Ge, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Bosch, Sub-Zero,  Wolf, Lg, White-Westinghouse, Amana, Frigidiare, Miele, the list goes on. We do everything from refrigerator repair to wine cooler repair. When choosing an appliance repair company, ask if they repair your brand. For example, if you have a    Wolf gas range. Ask the repair company do you guys do Wolf appliance repair? Not all repair companies service Wolf and Sub-Zero. Northstar Appliance repair do  Wolf appliance repair and Sub-Zero appliance repair. We are not limited by brands because of our wide range of technicians and there continuing education. 

In addition, if you have a gas appliance whether it is a range, oven, or dryer be sure to ask the company if they repair gas appliances. Not all appliance repair companies repair gas appliances. You must have a license from the state to repair gas appliances. This is achieved by taking and passing a test on the different types of gas, gas appliances, installation, and removal of gas.
